Advanced Energy Systems is your local sales, installation and service provider for the Generac GE and Briggs & Stratton Generators.
The manufacturer of your backup generator system has provided a limited warranty on your equipment, which we activate upon completing your installation. During your warranty coverage period, the MANUFACTURER will reimburse the SERVICE PROVIDER for the timely dispatching of a factory-trained technician should a malfunction occur. See details in your Owner’s Manual for the dates of coverage and terms and conditions of your product’s warranty.
Out of Warranty Generator Service
Dispatch Charge $175.00 (covers first 30 minutes) After one half hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments at $135 an hour.
Parts pricing will be presented up front for pre-approval for any parts exceeding $150.00. Dispatch Charge applies to 1st trip to perform the service. Additional trips (if necessary) are not billed additional dispatch charges, provided that it is for the same service issue. One hour minimum on all service calls. Additional time billed in 30 minutes.
Emergency Calls: An Emergency Call response is applied to service calls defined as an “Emergency” by the customer who is requesting emergency service. Rates are determined by distance and time of the call. (during business hours or after business hours)
24/7 Over-The-Phone Technical Support is available for all active customers free of charge. The on call technician’s name and contact number will be listed in the recording after hours.
